NOTICE:
The September Planning Commission Meeting
has been rescheduled to September 13, 2010.
The meeting will be held at 5 p.m. in the
Metropolitan Council Chambers at 222 Saint Louis Street.
Please see the 2010 Planning and Zoning Schedule for
appropriate deadline dates.
NOTES
Pre-Application conference must be scheduled at least
seven (7) days prior to this date. July and December meeting schedule may change as a result
of Metropolitan Council meeting changes. Applications must be received by 12 noon of the scheduled
Application Deadline. Homework Mailout dates shown in the Zoning schedule above
also applies to the Planning schedule. Planned Unit Development and Small Planned Unit
Development follow the Planning schedule through the Planning Commission meeting,
then they are forward to Metropolitan Council Zoning meeting. PLANNING SCHEDULE
