Public Notice -Public Hearing 1 for the 2013 Action Plan

The City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge Office of Community Development (OCD) is undertaking the planning process for its Action Plan 2013. The Action Plan 2013 is the planning and application requirement for four Community Planning and Development formula grant programs. *See the complete public notice here.

Pre-Application for the Annual Action Plan Projects

The Office of Community Development (OCD) receives pre-applications for New Project proposals on a continuing basis. OCD Pre-Application Form. Potential applicants (such as; CHDO’s, Non-profit organizations, CDC’s, For-profits, etc.) are strongly encouraged to submit their project proposals to OCD for review and to ensure that the proposed projects are consistent with the OCD Consolidated Plan Strategy to address the City-Parish community development needs.
